Charlotte Beard and her partner, Sam Grogan, went out for a walk with their Jack-A-Poo, Alice, when they came across a snowy field. Charlotte and Sam knew that the place would be perfect for building a massive snowman, so they began working on it together.

Charlotte shared that Alice was incredibly excited about the project, especially with the stick they were planning on using as the snowman’s arm. She recalled that Alice even kept trying to jump as high as she could to reach the branch the entire time they were building the snow figure.

Charlotte said that Alice could not quite manage to get the branch she set her sights on just by jumping, so she thought that her dog must have given up on it. However, the couple was mistaken because Alice ran and jumped simultaneously and managed to get ahold of the giant stick.

Alice refused to let go as soon as she latched on to it. Charlotte and Sam admitted that they could not help but laugh at the sight of Alice tugging at the stick while dangling midair, so they took a video of her to immortalize the funny view in front of them.

Alice spent five whole minutes pulling the stick, but it was too buried deep in the compacted snow. Charlotte and Sam talked to Alice and pulled her away from it when they saw their dog refusing to let go of the twig and admit defeat.

Charlotte shared that Alice’s behavior is always like that whenever a stick is involved. The couple said that Alice has an unhealthy obsession with branches that their dog would even try and take the twigs off people’s hands whenever she sees anyone carrying it, so they sometimes try to surprise her with sticks.
