Every fur parent has a story about the first time they met their pups. For some, it started when they walked by the window of a pet store. There are also those whose first encounter with their pups happened at an animal shelter when they searched for a rescued dog they can adopt.
And the rest? Well, it started on the day the pups were born. It’s always a fun memory to look back to: from the time they learned their dog was pregnant, all the way down to labor day. They take part in the journey of their dog’s pregnancy, that’s why they’re just as emotional when they welcome the puppies into this world.
The first few months
Dogs don’t go through what humans go through during the first few months after birth. They don’t have sleepless nights, and they don’t stress that much over cleaning up after their babies. They do, however, have to be beside their babies most of the time to keep them warm, clean them, and feed them.
After a few months, the puppies begin to muster up enough courage to explore the world around them. They start learning how to use their limbs, their voice, and their charm. Yup, these puppies know how to use their cuteness to get what they want. It’s also during this time that we spend a huge chunk of our day following them around to take pictures.
Puppies all around
Recently a group of fur parents shared puppy photos of their dogs online. The thread soon went viral as more dog owners joined in on the fun. The thread showed puppies from different breeds, striking all sorts of poses in front of the camera. Some also shared that they can’t believe how much their dogs have grown over the years.
